Faculty member at the Higher Institute of Judiciary. Holds a PhD in fintech platform regulations (crowdfunding) in comparison with Islamic Shariah rulings. Specializes in corporate and capital market laws, fintech and Islamic finance, and structuring financial products in accordance with Shariah and Saudi regulations. Serves as a Shariah and legal advisor and arbitrator for several financial institutions.
